X - Scooter Long Body
We suggest the X-Scooter Sierra Long Body model for the active cave diver as it is the ultimate tow behind underwater diver propulsion vehicle (also known as a scuba scooter). This truly innovative cave diver DPV is super lightweight at only 55lbs/25kgs (out of the water) yet in water the most powerful DPV on the market today. It is easy to travel with, easy to use, extremely maneuverable and most importantly - an excellent tools to get the job done right.
This long body x-scooter model uses (2) two 24 volt Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) which totals 26 amp/hr and the long body is interchangeable in the future with our short body. The Xscooter sierra long body is powered by a 60lbs thrust brushless motor which provides plenty of power for the ultimate in cave diving or serious project-orientated diving. This new Sierra model features a built-in Trigger Shift on the Fly which allows the user to not only change thrust through the variable pitch propeller system, but to change the actual RPM of the motor with a simple click of the trigger. Other types of divers such as technical, wreck, commercial, police, SAR, CSI & special needs divers alike will also find this cave scuba scooter an incredible machine which will ultimately change their diving practices.
